Besides what has been already mentioned, again one very basic principle of Agile methodology is fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. In order to ensure this we need to create a culture where every team member feels that he/she is valued, she/he is empowered, and thus it leads to increased motivation resulting in best possible contribution for success of project. The sequence which i will recommend is Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Safe Agilist (SA) and ICAgile Certified Practitioner (ICP). It takes money and time to do all these certifications so take your time, balance you work, time and finances and then make an informed decision.
