Different industries have different workplace policies and standards, not to mention the different jurisdictions with their own laws and bylaws and the agencies that enforce those laws. If the goal is networking for general career advice, and gaining insight into general safety practices or policies; I would create a group on Linkedin, FB, ClubHouse or Twitter (x). If one is an expert or a leader an the industry, one should create an industry-specific newsletter or podcast to share industry updates, insights, and opinions.
