In my opinion, HTML is the internet's foundation. It's like the basic tool for building websites. Without it, the web wouldn't exist. Learning HTML is like learning the ABCs of the internet. It's crucial for anyone interested in web design or development.

This is one of the first and most important Languages you have to learn in web design, this is more or less the language used to tell the web browser how to structure the content of a web page. It is the foundation of the web and a good knowledge of it cannot be more emphasized for a good web design journey.

To learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related libraries and frameworks, I enhance my skills through online courses, where I absorb knowledge from video lectures and reinforce my understanding by actively coding with appropriate editors and frameworks

CSS is your palette, allowing you to imbue your creation with color, texture, and style. Just as an artist selects brushes and paints, you select selectors and properties to bring vibrancy and personality to your design.

As CSS is another integral part of web applications that is quite important to provide a user friendly experience, I prefer to go through the some great tutorial and practice them over some playground that are really helpful to understand the things while we practice during learning.

Once you have learned html , move on to CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). CSS is used to style and format the appearance of HTML elements, allowing you to create visually appealing and responsive web designs.

Once you complete the HTML part and you able to identify the partition on the blocks you need to learn CSS styling this a user friendly experience and visual presentation of a document written in HTML

Knowing backend basics is essential for web development as in today’s market it’s essential because, now days AI can generate designs and codes for front end and most of the startup companies, buys the front end from famous places like Evanto Market Place. So in my experience, I learnt Frontend by creating multiple projects due to which I don’t have to think about code or search code online on the other hand backends are very complex it depends on requirements of companies “what features they want and what flow they need” which is very difficult for AI to provide secure backend. In a nutshell, backend will be the most demanding and will become most essential for every Dev, I agree starting with PHP helps a lot.

Style with CSS: for layout and design, ensuring responsiveness. Use flexbox or grid for layout, add fonts and colors. 3. Make Interactive: Use JavaScript for a dynamic navbar or image gallery in the Portfolio section. 4. Responsive Design: Ensure it looks good on all devices with media queries in your CSS. Back-end (PHP): 1. In your Contact page, add a form with fields: Name, Email, and Message. 2. Create contact.php to process form data. This beginner project helps you learn front-end as well as back-end like form handling, data validation, and basic file operations.

Practice projects should be fun. You will not solve a pressing business problem on your first day of coding, so concentrate on best practices and enjoying what you do. Today you will find a lot of libraries that will allow you to build a website. Most of them will be based on the core basics (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and help you achieve your goals (You have goals right? If not defining why you want to learn website development will help you progress a lot! ). Once you have your goals and your core basics. I would like to add: learn a little of Figma or other design software. Also, like CSS has a lot of code, to start I think the best is to focus on Flexbox. It's very easy and very useful. And learn little by little. There're a lot of concepts to learn and you can feel overwhelmed, so take it easy and have fun while learning!
