Again, for the experienced accountant is not also not so important. Accountants know what are the registration requirements as they learnt during carrier. If you don't know, thats means you are not learner person.

What ever said and done, any company should be complied with legal framework of the country. Legal framework means local Inland Revenue authorities, tax compliance, companies house and all the relevant regulatory authorities.

My advice would be to consider setting up an online practice which will give you location independence. This works great for me. I'm not bound to an office in one place and this allows me to acquire clients globally. Also it contributes greatly to my work life balance.

Environmental factors also need to be considered in other to get easy access to clients. Invest in reliable accounting software to meet the client demands. Also. A need for an internship should be considered as well. By sourcing for graduate trainees to help in detailing with some assignments.

Office should be approachable and easy to access. However it is not required for virtual services. Additionally, you should improve you office with time to time to provide better working environment to your employees

Some points I think are key: - strategic location - flexible working environment and times as well as appropriate/ fair pay levels - proper equipment and reliable and speedy IT infrastructure with appropriate cybersecurity - but always oriented on users as they will have to work with this and finally generate income to pay IT as well - culture of open, fair, trustful and recognition based behaviour

You should write blogs, record youtube videos, make a good website, and keep posting on your social media pages. Linkedin, upwork etc is very important for success in this digital world.

Because if you can do a good branding to your business, it will dig into the mind set of the customers and they will tend to come for your services. Therefore, the branding is good for business like accounting firm since the modern world is shaped for branding by marketers.

Client Acquisition is challenging for a newly formed Accounting firm. Client can be acquired through: 1) Effective Branding and Marketing strategy 2) Promotion of business on social media such as Facebook, Instagram 3) Developing core technical expertise of firm such as Accounting standards, Company Law etc 4) Effective personal, professional relationship Management with clients and having frequent meeting with them about services that can be offered 5) Satisfying existing clients and seeking more referrals from them 6) Assistance of Professional bodies

Networking is super essential for building relationships and gaining word-of-mouth publicity. For example, joining industry-specific groups or attending networking events from city accounting chapters can connect you with potential clients. When I set up my accounting firm a few years back, I actively participated in the events of local business associations. I offered free seminars on taxation and personal finance, thereby, gaining visibility and attracting clients through referrals.

Start advertising your services and emphasise on your niche, for example, construction companies etc.. Then you need to work on you pricing strategy bearing in mind that this should not drive your quality of work. You can have a referral policy like get a percentage when you bring a job. Have a group on Whatsapp and other social media where you can disseminate information and ask them to refer you and get a percentage.
