What do you do if you want to capture action shots in photography?

For actions shots, I wouldn't suggest using Aperture Priority. This setting, you are allowing the camera to guess the shutter speed based on available light. Often times, it will choose a slow shutter speed which goes against what we discussed above in point 1

Which programme you use with your camera is actually absolutely irrelevant. The important thing is that you understand what happens with which programme and which setting in order to use this for your image effect. My tip is also to only ever use ONE automatic programme, i.e. either shutter or time or, if necessary, manual settings if the light is constant. The ISO automatic can also be very helpful with manual settings.
