What do you do if user feedback is not aligning with the design of user personas?
When you discover that user feedback doesn't match the user personas you've meticulously crafted, it can be disconcerting. User personas are archetypal users whose goals and characteristics represent the needs of a larger group of users. They guide the design process and help to focus decisions towards user needs. However, real-world feedback may reveal new insights or changes in user behavior that weren't initially captured. It's crucial to view this as an opportunity to refine your personas and enhance your product's user experience design (UED).
