So often we assume that technology = innovation. We forget that innovation is driven by people who can be enabled or diminished by technology. If tech is hindering your sustainable practice innovation it's likely because it is cumbersome and not user friendly. Tech should be an amplifier of your human capital, if it isn't working, find out why your teams are struggling to use it. It could be as simple as a user interface change, a database integration issue, or an access challenge. Build/buy your tech based on amplifying your team's talent and enabling them to drive your objectives, not based on the cool AI-driven booth you saw at the last tech conference you attended...
