1. Analyse why the resistance to feedback is coming. Is it due to mindset of the executives or due to poorly built framework that would need multiple rounds of changes or due to miscommunication between teams. 2.Emphasise on the fact that feedback is the single most fool proof way to improvise the product/business processes.Demonstrate with the help of numbers why feedback is crucial and how it has previously helped build foundation level architectures. 3.If there are no previous numbers available then conduct one to one meetings with the senior management and show them cases how feedback and suggestions makes their way in meeting end customer goals and needs. At the end of the day it’s the product satisfaction that will speak volumes.

I would like to offer understanding of the business architecture and what could be the pitfalls if the design structure is not proper, either due to lack of consultation, lack of engagement or lack of understanding.. Business architects with specific domain knowledge are much sought after for this specific reason..
