Eu estou em ascens?o nas palestras motivacionais, pois requer conhecimento, domínio de palco ou pupto, entretanto tenho buscado minimizar qq falhas na fala, no posicionamento e na oratória e fiz cursos de Inteligência emocional (Método EVO) e oratória (Conquer Business Scholl) para fortalecer as soft skills. Diante disso a conex?o com o público vvem logo no inicio que chamo de conectar. Atitude ou a??o para captar o mindset das pessoas com situa??o marcante e envolvente. Tentei vários locais e organiza??es para proferir e ministras palestras e recebi alguns n?os, as os sins foram maravilhosos

Attitude is everything. Insecurity often causes unconscious self-sabotage in how you are thinking about your self-worth. We've all heard of the 'imposter syndrome' and yet in most cases you've got everything you need, your subtle fears of rejection cause it. People feel you before they hear you. Confidence often comes first in acting as if. We tend to drag the past instead of harvesting it to nourish the future. Self-examination, real self-examination, will reveal your own truth about adjustments, which are echoed when you seek feedback, usually.

Treat your rejection as an opportunity for innovation. Revisit your stories & techniques, refine them, explore new angles that haven't considered before. You can network more and seek out feedback from diverse audiences. You can also collaborate with others in the field. There you can get joint speaking opportunities, workshops or even co-authored content. So you can turn the rejection into a chance for growth and shared success. Stay evolved, stay dynamic. ???

After a tough day, you just need some "me time" to decompress & figure things out. So first of all I would suggest to practice mindfulness techniques such as yoga or meditation. Because a calm, focused mind is better equipped to reflect deeply & productively. Document each rejection in a journal. Note what happened, how you felt & what you learned. Over time, this journal becomes a valuable tool to track your growth. You can create a visual storyboard of your speaking journey, attend workshops or talks in different fields, visualize your next successful speech. Picture in detail- the audience's reactions, your confident delivery & the positive feedback. This will boost your confidence & also help you identify specific areas to improve.

Dia 30/07/24 participei de uma palestra online e eu era o menor dentre eles, mas fui ousado e marquei todos os participante e até os palestrantes com a inteligência emocional ajudando nas gest?o de institui??es de saúde. Me vi observando meus antecessores e caprichei na falar e motivei aos participantes a sair de chefes para se sagrarem lideres apoiadores e incentivadores dos colaboradores crescerem em unidade.

In some of my presentations, which are by far the most effective, I ask the audience what they hope to get out of their experience. Making those adjustments on the fly, including the 'expectations' in the delivery, keeps one on their toes and thinking in a dance rather than a line of rhetoric. The sage on stage days are over, it's the emotional interactions that inspire and move people.

You've got to really believe in what you are doing, whether you believe in yourself or not. Belief in yourself is both an inner and outer process. You build trust in your capability over time. Having cohorts, friends, partners who encourage your activity are priceless. Spouses make the most difference, as they are on the journey with their partner day in and day out. What we do anywhere, we do everywhere, so reciprocal encouragement at home spills out into postive activities, emotions and thoughts.
