Has there been significant changes in the organisation or imminent changes to be implemented? Do staff feel valued and included in those changes? What are the intra- and inter-team dynamics like? Are there any personal factors at play which could be supported via other company offerings or signposting? Regular, meaningful 1-to-1s would address these questions so they become normalised as part of the culture and not triggering.
