First of all, it is difficult to separate people or colleagues from your network; you have the vast majority of them in your network because they share certain things, apart from work. However, they can also help you form a new network with new members. At first it will be difficult to start a new network with new members in a new organization and you may see your colleagues from your previous job less. It is very normal for that to happen and in the end you will only stay with those you really formed a friendship with.
