I recommend books like ?what color is your parachute“ by Richard Bolles. I wouldn‘t be writing these lines without it since I wouldn‘t be a coach without it :) The hardest thing in these self-help reflection books is to do the work that comes with it. Knowing the title is one thing, reading it is another thing but really doing the work will make the difference. It took me about 2 months to go through all the exercises but it was definitely worth it. I just needed time to reflect and to let go of old believes of what I should do and be. Good luck!
