As this will make the application more acceptable by your team & will ease their daily work. Always check on the number of hours for training & support hours included. Also check for after sales support price & most important any yearly fees that needs to be paid after first year of implementation, in terms of license fees? Ask them upfront about license fees if they charge any and how much? This should not be more than 10% of the system price.
