One of the most powerful things you can do is learn from what that role taught you. Self-reflection is important. Was this the right industry for you? What did you like about the previous company? Is there anything you could have done to be not made redundant? This can be a great opportunity to address any gaps in your skill level and take them to the next company. Maybe there was nothing you could have done and you were just the victim of a bad company and that is totally okay. Reflecting on where you can grow (if needed) can be powerful. From there, you can apply this to your next career to continue your self-growth.
