In this day and age expecting someone to come forward just to help you is naive.If they are not responding,we should try and see things in proper perspective and step up our game. We need to show how can we add value to their service. We should do a bit of research and see what exactly do they look for. If we get this clue,we can proceed accordingly

So if you keep uploading Content regularly ,the audience themselves may recommend your name to the organisers. Instead of feeling demoralised at their non response,try to reach a level where the organisers will pursue you.
