In my experience it is vital to identify a timeframe for when an issue occurs. Afterwards footage from as many angles as possible will help in an investigation. When footage has been chosen to be relevant you should always save the footage onto a flash drive or Dropbox file so that it may be preserved for additional review, sharing with those assisting in the investigation, or present during a proceeding if the issue were to be involved in a trial.
