Managing and interacting with people is the key to creating something great for the world, and sometimes we can get to a point were a porsion or sometimes even one person in a team can be unhappy and not sharing that can become a big problem, as a team leader you have to be able to identify that and get the person to share their perspective and try to work through it, try to listen first and than share your point of view and work on merging the two geting to a point were everyone in the team can see the main objective.
