In my experience, in other to assess the situation, social workers have to - Gather detailed information about the client's circumstances, including their social, emotional, economic, and cultural factors. - Identify the client's strengths, needs, and challenges. - Collaborate with the client to understand their perspective and preferences. - Create a plan that is responsive to the client's evolving needs and circumstances. - Incorporate a range of evidence-based interventions and strategies that can be tailored to the client's unique situation. - Ensure the plan is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.

The first step should be the "Rapport Establishment (RE)". Because it is mentioned as a complex case. For every case needed a RE. But if they develop trust and the communication is not there, we cannot do the assessment and intervention.

In my experience in regards to planning an intervention, social workers ahould consider Engaging in ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation - Regularly assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of the intervention plan. - Be prepared to adjust the plan based on the client's evolving needs and changing circumstances. - Actively seek feedback from the client and other stakeholders to inform the modification of the intervention. - Identify and address any systemic or institutional barriers that may be hindering the client's progress or access to resources. - Collaborate with community partners and policymakers to advocate for changes that better support the needs of the population you serve. -

Improve and grow social worker abilities depend on develop ability to change their methods and face with new challenges.Actually every single case are unique and it’s art of social worker adaptability that lead them to succeed and it’s key to growth and it needs lots of skills and mindset.Actively listening to any points views, being open to ideas for improvement and think about solutions and new strategies,evaluating effectiveness of your performance, learn new things to build confidence in your adaptability,enhance your experience and skills by become volunteer for new complicated case, familiar with the latest tools and processes.
