Muchas veces el estancamiento se debe a que las personas han realizado por un tiempo demasiado prolongado la misma actividad, cambiar de rol es vital para que las personas no se desgasten y oxigenen su conocimiento cambiando de actividad, se gana experiencia, se mejoran los perfiles y el personal, en términos generales, se siente valorado en su entorno de trabajo, porque al sentir que se le confían nuevas labores, el autoestima crece.

Siempre es bueno tener buena comunicación con el equipo de trabajo, si el equipo se siente estancado, se debe alzar la mano para tomar medidas a tiempo, esto, siempre y cuando en la empresa exista un clima confiable y de seguridad en los diferentes roles y puestos de trabajo.
