1 Identify the issues

Identifying the specific issues that make the accounting software difficult to use is the first step. Accounting software should be user friendly. You can check out which is the best banking accounting software in the market available at present and migrate to it. Initial hurdles and obstacles may be inevitale but in a long run it will immensely enhans performance.

I believe all banks should have Net banking/online banking training to all the new customers along with their welcome kit, or a team should be created to educate new/existing customers

Me and my team have handled multiple softwares, wherein we faced the same challenge. To fix it, we called the Banking team, took the training and rebuilt our own interface. Thereafter, we trained the whole team to use it and created a training manual to train others on it.

Softwares are being developed with new features and updates day by day with the help of technological advancement and generative AI. In Bangladesh, banks are also in the trend of upgrading their softwares to foster customer service within minimum duration. Though banking services are almost same, still these softwares are customised according to the existing/other portals so that it can communicate with them properly. Improving the user interface, streamlining processes and enhancing the quality and accuracy through customisation and optimisation can result in expected outcome from the bank.
