It includes different types of Testing - Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Usability Testing, Compatibility Testing, Security Testing, Regression Testing, Installation and Deployment Testing, Recovery and Resilience Testing, Interoperability Testing and Complaince Testing. Tools used for this are Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Apache Jmeter, Insomnia.

Acceptance testing is the testing the software by end-users or internal testing team to ensure that the software fulfills the business objectives and requirements. It is the final step before the software is live to the production. There are two types of this - Alpha Testing which is done by internal testing team within the organization and Beta Testing is done by group of selective customers. Mostly it is done manually but tools can be used like Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Insomnia, Browser stack.

Here's how I like to think about these different types of tests and what they mean: - When a unit test fails, it shows which part of your code is broken - When an integration test fails, it means different parts of your application aren't working together properly - When an acceptance test fails, it means the application isn't doing what the customer wants - When a regression test fails, it means the application isn't behaving as it should compared to before Hope this helps!
