Then, you can build backwards step by step route to answer this question, while at the end linking to the data. You might get to the point where you do not have enough data to support answering this question. Then you need to go back and collect missing data. With several iterations you will get your data analysis done. But then you have to test your answer changing your hypothesises used while analysis.

We are fortunate to benefit from the development of data analysis, interpretation and restitution tools with software that is increasingly ergonomic in its use and restitution. Visualization has a double advantage: facilitating the understanding of data and their analysis but also being able to challenge them. But be careful, these facilitation tools must not disguise or oversimplify the results at the risk of them being no longer intelligible.

Charts has 3 main properties - 1- Show right data 2- Tell the story 3- Be beautiful :) Yes, you should spend time to make chart being perfect as it can be. It should not raise any question from the first time viewers.

You can use a matrix to organize and present your SWOT analysis.

You want to answer a question and you did your analysis and ended up with visualisations. Now, it is required to support your answer with those visualisations. For one answer if you have several visualisations which are interpreted to the same answer , then you have a good stand to defend your answer with your work. A communication system is made up of the following components: Message: A message is a piece of information that is to be transmitted from one person to another. It could be a text file, an audio file, a video file, etc. Sender: It is simply a device that sends data messages. Receiver: It is a device that receives messages. Transmission Medium : Communication channels are the medium that connect two or more workstations. Workstations can be connected by either wired media or wireless media. Set of rules (Protocol): When someone sends the data, it should be understandable to the receiver also otherwise it is meaningless.
