In my conversations and observations, I have found that geo-political influences have increased the desire for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the globe to maximize effectiveness in challenging times.

The easiest way for a company to explore foreign markets is through e-commerce. It is cost-effective and, for some industries, can be an interesting test for their products. There are several details to consider, such as legal aspects, approving the products with local regulation agencies and logistics structure.

Globalization and digitalization have become essential in today's business landscape. With the rise of eCommerce, businesses have more opportunities to expand their reach globally. However, the competition among eCommerce sellers is extremely tough, making it crucial to have a professional team dedicated to eCommerce operations. While digital platforms provide a convenient way to connect with customers worldwide, the key to success lies in the uniqueness of your product or service. Simply put, globalization does not mean offering the same product everywhere. Each market may have different preferences and needs, so understanding the local requirements is vital when expanding from one market to another.

There is a very current quote that says that "Data is the new oil", meaning that companies that are able to make proper use of their Data, and understand it all in the best possible and efficient way, are the ones that will have a competitive advantage. The emerging communication capabilities are giving rise to new social structures that are developing their own dynamics and complexity. What is needed is the right degree of networking that respects the autonomy and self-determination of users on the one hand and takes advantage of the full potential of digitization on the other. Only then a new 'ethic of the digital' will emerge.
