It depends on the work you do and how much interaction is needed with others. I’m always baffled of why we need an event like COVID-19 to make us realize there might be different ways of working than what we’ve always done. Because digital transformation is happening so quickly and sometimes in silo’s, current challenges include undocumented processes and lack of awareness communication to all affected for preparedness. This causes friction and slow-down during execution. I recommend pairing a change management event to the technology implementation to ensure the people side of the transformation is cared for.

There are so many trends we can hardly keep up. But it has improved business operations tremendously. Data analysis has truly improved data gathering. Challenges? There is nothing wrong with using any of the older trends. It's making people that prefer older trends feel outdated. We need to allow people to use what helps them to get the job done.
