When you begin with the purpose of your assessing, that will inform you on the method you should use, and how you should deploy it. Carefully designing, implementing, and reviewing E-Learning assessments to make sure they are reliable is critical. In the online education environment, assessments play a vital role in evaluating a student's understanding of the material. During the design phase, we need to create assessments that align with our learning goals, have clear instructions, and include various question types to accurately measure our comprehension. When implementing assessments, it's essential to pay attention to the technical aspects of online platforms, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience. We should also be vigilant about preventing issues like cheating or plagiarism. This is necessary to ensure that E-Learning assessments give accurate insights.

Let me make some nuances. 1. The key to an objective, unaltered assessment result is standardization. Automatic data processing does not ensure proper standardization from the start. I will give you an example. In the case of IQ or EI tests, their standardization is recognized by important academic, university and research institutions. You can customise assessments for students groups or industries or let students choose a format that best fits with how they express themselves. Not every assessment needs to give immediate feedback, test knowledge and understating AND teach writing skills. Let students from different background, (content and language) skill levels explore their learning and demonstrate their depth of understanding.
