My experience with new generations of employees , they listen but receive the message , so we need to explain to them what we need in order to have a better communication, even if they have clear instruction sometime we need to double check the information , so I believe we need to be more clear and direct with the task assign or the information

While flexibility and creativity is encouraged, make sure all terms proposed are properly vetted by a legal professional, and then well detailed in the contract, to avoid misunderstandings or litigation. All stakeholders i.e management, finance, hiring manager(s) etc. should be involved in the process. Also, HR professionals sometimes tend to "overpromise" candidates, forgetting that some of these candidates might randomly reach out to current employees to confirm certain terms. Be careful not to have a wide disparity in the terms and conditions of different employees, in order not to build resentment in the team, which might later lead to reduced productivity and increased turnover from aggrieved employees that feel cheated.
