Good peers will support you and help you grow as part of the team. In my experience, no one ever got fired for making a mistake. You learn from mistakes, and so does the business.

Uma dica interessante é usar as próprias metodologias e ferramentas de gest?o de projetos para validar as estratégias profissionais de aprendizado no primeiro ano. Por exemplo, usar ferramentas colaborativas (como Miro, Trello) para organizar um backlog de tarefas (materiais de estudo, cursos online, projetos a serem desenvolvidos), e dividi-las em estratégias de curto, médio e longo prazo. Estudar o valor que cada iniciativa trará em sua vida profissional e as dependências entre essas tarefas, e fazer as prioriza??es conforme ordem de atua??o e aquisi??o de conhecimento. A cada ciclo definido, refletir sobre as conquistas efetivadas e desvios no meio do caminho, tal como uma retrospectiva pessoal.

There is no one who can show you the answer to every problem/situation, to succeed you need to learn how to research the solution and assess the results as to what is most likely to work. There are many amazing professionals with blogs and lots of communities/forums where you can find others who have had similar issues and learn from them.

En mi experiencia, pensar fuera de la caja, ya sea pidiendo opinión a personas que no tienen nociones técnicas o a personas nuevas en el equipo, es una buena forma de encontrar soluciones creativas y de ver más allá de los límites que nos dan nuestro conocimiento del caso.

Esto es muy importante, ya que si no aprendes a establecer límites puedes ser contraproducente para tu salud física y la de las diferentes relaciones que tengas, lo ideal es que tengas un esquema de trabajo o utilices una metodología como la de #SCRUM para que puedas administrar el tiempo y las tareas.

Según mi experiencia lo principal es empaparte en el área que quieras dedicarte, por ejemplo la participación en foros, seminarios y cursos es fundamental, además buscar hacer algún tipo de colaboración o pasantía que te permita adquirir conocimientos. ????

Lo primero que deberías hacer basado en mi experiencia, es identificar en que área te quieres desarrollar si aún no la has definido. Posteriormente debes participar en foros y eventos que te permitan formar una red de contactos en el área que te gusta, para que puedas aprender de su experiencia y aprovechar las oportunidades que se te presenten para participar en proyecto o empleos relacionados.
