Allow employees to own cocreated intellectual properties 5. Allow room for failure 6. Encourage open dialogues 7. Open door policy with top management 8. Cocreate with competition 9. Recruit & consult with industry outsiders 10. Keep an open mind

Pleeeease! Remove the inherent bias that supporting minority talent/innovation is a kin to the "de-risking" process. Prospecting and identifying the latest innovations/talent shouldn't only come out of MIT, or Harvard...but come out of a methodical due diligence process that's NOT inherently bias or exclusive (the opposite of non-inclusive). Selecting an asset to support based pedigree is lazy and can be VERY dangerous. Theranos, WeWork and FTX...are too many examples not to learn from.
