Government should own it as THE problem, what will make it easier to govern in the right direction. It is true that becoming environmentally friendly in business - can oppose the profit goal. But we are in a place where we have to think of future, today. Supporting the business from government side, is essential. Incentives it with proper government support like lower tax for the green solutions, grants and loans for innovations especially if they can be used all over different industries for simpler and more ecological business, recognitions for the green activities so that we can both learn from best practices and also lead the way. Punishments for those who do not work aligned with the rules is also essential, and visible one.

To be interested in environmental businesses can involve a passion for the environment, but also seeking profits. This means that environmental innovation and entrepreneurship require the development of a framework that involves government and private sector partnerships, as well as an environmentally aware public. The government provides legal settings and funding opportunities while the private sector is involved in the technical and financial work on the ground, and adopts the outcomes of such actions.

Le gouvernement peut en effet promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat qui s’inscrit dans le respect des normes environnementales et sociales mais comment ? Il serait intéressant dans un premier temps de repenser les moyens d’accompagnement. Repenser ces moyens revient à créer un véritable environnement propice à une concurrence saine, à une égalité certaine pour les entrepreneurs ( ce qui boosterait les initiatives) mais également à des pratiques poussées d’éducation et de sensibilisation sur les questions liées à l’environnement. Having been part of such initiatives globally, I have seen plant products get to export markets through SMEs. These same plant raw materials can become significant sources of income to not only SMEs, but countries, while also building value in biodiversity and providing a possibility for poverty alleviation through such governmental investments.

The government can pass an amendment, to ensure environmental development activities at academic institutions , research institutes, business houses and those activities to be recognised with Grants and Funding for Sustainability initiatives. 4. The government can initiate innovative projects under sustainability, by engaging NGOs, policy makers, think tanks and environmental scientists.

While fostering things we need, governments should also discourage or disallow things we don't need. Plastics are a good example. While some uses are highly beneficial, others are minor conveniences at best. We need our governments to guide our use of plastics away from things that provide little or no utility, towards ones that really matter. They also need to support the creation of systems that help us shift to more sustainable approaches to delivering the goods and services we need, while ensuring that we recycle far more of the plastics that we still create, so that we can disrupt our current linear model and move into one in which resources cycle (as they must).
