The larger clients that pay top dollar will not want to hear about how busy you are with other clients or how it will take a few extra days because you have another project. Focus on the project you have with them, and do not talk about other client work or else they will feel like you can not handle the project they are giving you. You can create timelines and estimates without giving detail about your other workloads- this is crucial. You can easily turn off clients by talking about how you are pushing off thier work for others work, and will get to it by end of week, etc. Make time for your clients and get your work done or else do not take on that new client.
