You can then in turn, use these pages to link to your commercial pages and get them to rank. This represents the "perfect" user experience, but the bounce rate would be 100%. Conversely, if a user landed on a page thinking some information was there and they could not find it, and clicked around in frustration, this would be a low bounce rate. Google does not use bounce rate for rankings and it is a very poor indicator of if you are satisfying the searcher intent.
