Speaking as someone who was in charge of reinventing the wheel in asset creation for over 7 years in a single project alone, what I found out was that the best way to stay creative and fresh was to add simple "storylines" to whatever I was making. However, I disagree with solely relying on online courses, tutorials, blogs, or webinars for learning because It takes time and there are different teachers to teach you that. I believe that hands-on experience is equally important. Let's complement our learning by tackling small projects that utilize new technologies. This approach will not only deepen our understanding but also improve our graphics and performance, including rendering times. While I recognize that Unreal Engine offers fast rendering times, I acknowledge that it requires high GPU memory. Luckily, since I work with smaller projects, it doesn't pose a significant challenge for me.

Pour éviter cela, on peut documenter cette vision, mais on peut aussi expliquer à quelqu'un d'extérieur ce qu'on fait, et inévitablement il va nous poser des questions auxquelles on n'avait pas pensé, ce qui va nous faire réaliser des choses inattendues sur nos objectifs.

Try out new ideas. In my experience the ONLY way to stay motivated is to try out new things in your project. Experiment how you can add your own style to the art. The reason people get demotivated is they burn themselves out by doing the same thing over and over again. Even looking at the same thing for a certain period of time is overwhelming. So here’s what you can do. 1. Plan out the project and divide it into parts. 2. For each part give yourself a challenge and try to complete it in as little time as possible. 3. If any part stresses you or becomes demotivating try to add a new element of style to it. 4. Or Switch to closely related parts for max efficiency 5. Train your brain by rewarding yourself after completing each part.
It's easy to lose motivation when you're immersed in a long-term project. It can be uninspiring to glance at your calendar and see nothing but job deadlines. To break the monotony of waking up to the same tasks every morning, I try sprinkling my calendar with other goals, like wellness breaks such as a Pilates class or coffee breaks with friends.
Remember to consume content that inspires you. Watching TV and playing party games is a great way to unwind, but also take time to look at what your peers and other professionals are calling "great." Content that pushes the boundaries in someway such as a new film that has stunning visuals or a game that pushes story using good lighting and narrative. Read books that provoke your creative side and inspire you to create as well. One of my old professors once told me "it's alright to eat chips every once in a while but make sure you eat a meal too." He said this in reference to the content we consume regularly and I truly think it applies.
