In my experience , you are ready to cope up in any new situation from your comfort zone. If you are most experience person then also , if you start work with new industry or new organization , you are totally fresher at that particular time. So no one is perfect but can be near to perfect by using available sources.

A mí me resulta muy útil siempre contar con un punto de vista diferente al mío siempre dialogar con las personas y preguntarle qué opina qué piensa cómo lo ven desde otra perspectiva para así tener claridad de lo que se está haciendo es lo correcto y la manera adecuada si el proceso es muy rápido o está mal realizado si hay algún error alguna amenaza y cómo se podría mejorar en algunas ocasiones me ha pasado que las soluciones son más simples que las que uno cree y vienen de las personas que uno menos piensa que pueden ayudar resultando muy útil tener esta red de amigos y profesionales alrededor que nos construye y nos ayuda a ser mejores personas.

I am based at a client and we have many companies under one umbrella. Staying focused and learning to multitask is very important. I have moved around the department now im also some Bookkeeping, i also took a course and i have achieved a diploma. That role in reality acts as the fulcrum for all other operations and such an officer carries a huge burden than they can ever realize. But in so doing, they must ensure to allocate time for their families or themselves, that way, they're not agitated by the ever demanding role that can change or affect anything in the organization.

Other goals should include: - Your professional development - what courses could add value to you, therefore add value to the company? - Do you need help with time management? If so, you can set goals on how to improve time management. - As an assistant we need a sharp eye for detail.
