If you're going to pitch from a video call, use your computers built-in video recording software to record yourself and re-watch it. This beats practicing in a mirror because you can re-watch it and pick up on mannerisms and other areas where you may need to improve. You can also most easily replicate what the actual experience will be like. If you're going to pitch in person, practice with a spouse or roommate. Then, practice with your co-workers, peers, or your manager.

After your pitch, immediately debrief (either on your own or with someone on your team) and focus first on capturing what could have gone better. What questions were you unprepared for or could have answered better? Also, and this is equally important, what went really well that you feel confident about? Find out what about that part of your pitch was solid and replicate it in the areas to improve in the future. After your 3rd or 4th pitch, compare notes to the first few pitch debriefs to see how you've improved.
