We use social media now more than ever, especially in a professional capacity on Linkedin. I think it's a great way to congratulate people on their work achievements, it's a great way to build relationships. For me, it's good to show your support to clients and colleagues, show an interest in what they're doing by commenting on their posts, sharing your views on their posts. Keep it professional but also it's nice to have an informative approach to things like, commenting on work night out posts, using emojis etc. You never know when you may be working with people so always acknowledge and support their achievements!
