Every system based on technical analysis must explain the "mass psychology" of traders. For example, a system that signals a reversal must show that sellers are exhausted and soon buyers are entering, for example, by evaluating trading volume, or another indicator that confirms such a hypothesis. Traders are social psychologists behind charts; any system that cannot explain why price behavior happens in the direction of its signal often fails in the long term. Ask yourself why does this system signal like this, and if it happens, how it explains the behavior of traders engaging in such price action. For example, why is this a signal for a short squeeze, and why traders are covering their shorts if the signal becomes true.

There are 2 kinds of traders. Ones who believe in technical analysis (TA) in isolation & the others who believe TA is amongst many tools available to take trading/investment decisions. If one is in the first group, one needs to be doubly sure of TA's assumptions & limitations. TA has 1 basic assumption: Prices move in patterns- price action is repetitive- certain patterns keep reoccurring. Now TA is not a magical solution to predict prices always. Also each TA level can have different context for different kind of trading personalities. In fact same price level can be a good support/resistance for a counter trend playing trader & it can be a good level for a breakout for a momentum trader. So one should back TA by suitable risk management.

Price alone, without volume, is meaningless. Easily manipulated. Also, where does data come from? In today’s world of multiply listed issues, after hours trading, otc trades, the data is incomplete,. It’s not the same as reading the tape at the bucket shop in 1929, not even 1999. Sells allot of subscriptions though.

I see some professional traders trade with only 1 indicator where others use a confluence of signals and indicators. Depending on rationale, purpose and how its applied, one can work with 2-4 signals. Any more than that can become too confusing or overwhelming for even experienced traders. Note these are tools that guide but ultimately you are the one who will pull the trigger and place the trade. Do you have the conviction to go ahead?

I actually don't go for any feedbacks because, I know that my strategies works very well and happy with what I've got. I'm not greedy and have patience.

Consider keeping a trade log where you record the trade details, assumptions, reasons and why the trade is being made. Next, spend time reviewing the done trade.

My Best Teacher is my Last Mistake. I always learn from my mistakes. It's better safe than sorry. So, if I make less profits than previous day then, I don't overtrade and moreover, don't do revenge trading. One day you'll win, another day you won't. Mistakes will happen but, we should control ourselves and stop trading when P&L target meets.

Yes, I maybe Old School but, I must get the knowledge of new technological information and the upcoming knowledge of new technologies which has entered into the trading system like AI, ML etc. So, CPD is an essential part of my life.

I started trading in 2001 using technical analysis. I have learned that there are many roads to Rome. Technical analysis can help you but you have to put in the effort, will and grit to become proficient in it. Just as a doctor need to study and practice a minimum number of years. There is no short cut too. It can be a profitable road for some but not for others. You have to know where are your strengths and the weak points to define a system customised for yourself instead of blindly following other people system or strategies. It pays to know oneself or if you do not have the time to do it, pay a professional trader/advisor to manage it for you as not everyone forte is in trading or investment. The world is filled with different talents.

I would simply say that if any traders can't control their Psychology during their tradings then, even Technical Analysis will fail them.
