Sometimes it’s not just the staff working under you that needs training, sometimes you need to look internally and pay attention to management and ensure the ones providing the training are capable of training staff properly. I have personally seen the results of improper training and many times, it leads to poor performance, efficiency issues, and may create even more problems when not addressed in the right fashion.

Sometimes a persons inadequacies to learn a job and do it effectively also has to do with how they learn. Some individuals could be dyslexic or have ADD or autism so don't be afraid to try and accommodate their needs to help them become a better employee for you.
