Dealing with such stakeholders should follow the hierarchy of persuasion depending on the scenario we are facing, such as budget overrun or schedule slippage. First, we should be reasonable in presenting all challenges and bottlenecks that we are facing, and use project real data, reports, and pictures if needed. Another way of getting the buy-in of resistive stakeholders is knowing all of their concerns, analyzing them, and knowing how to attain them and achieve a win-win situation.
