After every big project, I lay out two things - ? Things that went well ? Things that could get better I present them and ask the same to my manager and make a note of their suggestions. The whole process takes 15 mins and immensely improves how I can deliver better next time around.

One thing which helped me was to keep asking on an informal basis as well what am I doing correctly and what am I doing wrong, or if something positive or negative really stands out and how I can be a better contributor to the team. This helps in making changes while being a part of the project and the quality of output increases tremendously.
