It doesn't take a traditional job to make an impact. Let's consider the four pillars of sustainability. Ideally, a corporation should be playing a part in each of them: - social - human - business - environmental Here is a simple example of how I practice social sustainability: Last week I volunteered for a toy drive. We collected 2 trucks worth of high-quality toys for the kids in my area who need it the most. I am also running a coat drive for older youth who are vulnerable to society. Inside the coat will be a QR code that links to a free mastermind where I'll be teaching life skills, entrepreneurship, and mentoring youth every month in 2024. To gain experience in sustainability is to take action on sustainability.
