I would like to add an another point is when we are using charts, graphs, etc. It’s important to know what graphs or charts are relevant to that data’s outcome . Incorrect use of that could entirely change the meaning of the data. In my experience, I have seen to keep the theme same if a bar graph is used then we tend to keep all results as bar graphs. Keeping the theme same means if you are presenting the data with graphs, keep most of results in ppt as graphs, charts, dashboards, etc instead of using words on some slides. Few small points like these keep the viewers engaged and showcase the consistency as person or of a organisation.
