Start with TRUST. You can't have effective collaboration, communication and commitment if people don't TRUST each other. There is an excellent model to support and reinforce this by Patrick Lencioni known as 'The Five Dysfunctions of Team', which illustrates perfectly how a group of superstars, with all the funding and freedom in the world, will still fail if they don't get the TRUST piece correct (they're not a 'TEAM' without TRUST - they are a group of individuals). Without trust, internal destruction is sure to follow - operating in siloes, competing internally for resources, withholding information, not hashing out disagreements (which leads to resentment), not holding each other to account, not achieving any objectives.

Wissen was aus den einzelnen Aufgaben hervorgeht ist für die Zukünftig gestellten Aufgaben essentiell. Leider werden heute immer noch viele Aufgaben über E-Mail, Excel, Chat delegiert, so dass diese nicht mehr sinnvoll gebündelt werden k?nnen und auch Teilweise verloren gehen. Kollaborative Aufgabenmanagement erm?glicht die Vernetzung und Bündelung jegliche Wissen und Ergebnisse "zusammenh?ngende" Aufgaben. Wichtig ist es wie bei einem "Puzzle" die Einzelnen Aufgabensteine auf einem Kollaborationsplattform/Tisch zeitig und Sicher zusammen zutragen.
