Numbers don't lie. With that being said, you must keep track with all of your accomplishments and what they mean to the company. Then, this information must be put into a presentation as evidence of your impact. How much money did you save the company? How much time is saved from a solution you created? How many incidents did you prevent? Implement your ideas, measure the impact of the ideas, and present the data. That's how you prove your value.
