Too often we forget as leaders to celebrate our wins. We are so focused on the problems we have to solve that we go from one fire to the next and find ourselves in a constant negative spiral. Admittedly it can get very difficult to snap out of problem solver mode but for the sake of your own health as well as the health of your team and company it is important to stop regularly and smell then proverbial roses. Stopping to celebrate even for just a few minutes a day can give you the boost you need to tackle the next problem or to support a team mate that might be dealing with a challenge. Overall the break from solving problems to focusing on something positive can help reframe challenges and give you the boost of confidence to keep going.
