A small office network could range from 10 to 30 network devices ( Printers, Laptops, Server, Hub and Switches) and they all use the network bandwidth in their time and space. Several large print jobs in the middle of the day could use some network bandwidth. Video training viewing on 5 or more devices will also using some heavier bandwidth, and uploading and downloading large files also do the same). If that is the frequent usages of the network, then QOS could be using isolation on Print jobs in its own subnet, provide the best WiFi AP for video training, and route upload and downloading files in a separate switch. In conclusion to the ideals above, optimize the traffic flow to cause less network traffic delay would benefit QOS.

3 Choose your QOS model
