Organizations do their best to ensure that they are on multiple platforms but the message conveyed on these platforms tend to be inconsistent, thus limiting the impact of the image which organizations wish to portray. The communication standards must be established clearly. This may be due to the usage of 3rd party Customer Support services for some platforms. We can improve on this by researching, documenting and communicating the standards well so that even 3rd parties understand the expectations.

I agree, but you should also make sure your team knows when to edit those and where (assuming dynamic text isn’t an option.) Templates are a wonderful way to improve efficiency without sacrificing cost and satisfaction, but even templates must be used correctly. There’s a fine line in sounding robotic, and personalized communication. Customers these days prefer to know there’s someone on the other end of the communication. If they wanted a robot, they would use the self service option.
