So far, the best platform I've used is as simple as zoom or in-person... I'm not saying that a good platform specialized in those wouldn't work but you have to be able to see the user's behavior, their body language, their facial reactions etc... There's just too few applications that have been able to include those components in their app. To me apps like Userberries and others are very last resorts for A/B testing for those reasons alone. Now, if we could imagine an app that would use AI to analyze the facial reactions or body language of our users while they are testing our prototype and render a list of possibilities for those reactions based on psychological studies, we could have an interesting product in our hands.
