There are many different ways to evaluate your corporate training results. Overall, what is incredibly important and can really solidify or skew your data and conclusions, is ensuring your pre-training (baseline) and post-training data collection and analysis are fully aligned. Factors such as dropouts, misunderstanding of questions, having different respondents for pre- and post-data, biases in data collection (e.g. self-reporting or observer bias), insufficient data to draw solid conclusions, external factors, and more may skew your data. While perfect data may not exist, it is important to filter out these influences as much as possible.
