Los consentimientos de tus pacientes/medicos/enfermeras y usuarios en general deberá ser claro y preciso sin entrar en tecnicismos ya que estos generaran confusión entre tus usuarios y en un caso de crisis este mismo sera un arma de dos filos.

la recopilación de datos es imperativa para poder asegurar un buen dictamen de tu paciente, no es lo mismo asignar un tratamiento con un expediente completo que solo con la información del momento, por lo que deberás tomar las medidas necesarias (Criptografia) para almacenar y procesar la información de los mismos, ya que sera tu responsabilidad asegurar la información de tus pacientes, esto nos lleva retomar el principal tema, solo con el desarrollo de una aplicación a la medida puedes asegurar lo que se esta haciendo a diferencia de usar una plataforma estándar del mercado de la cual no sabes ni sabrás el tratamiento que se le da a la información.

La mejor defensa es la capacitación del personal, así que deberás mantener capacitado y actualizado a tu personal y por que no a tus clientes, dentro de tu plataforma podrías agregar un modulo de capacitación gratuita, entre mas capacitado este tu personal menos riesgos correrá tu empresa.

La comunicación es uno de los factores mas importante, sin una linea clara de comunicación no es posible avanzar correctamente, dentro de tu misma plataforma podrás integrar un sistema de mensajería y/o actualizaciones de expedientes con notificaciones sencillas para el paciente y solo dentro podrá ver los detalles y de esa forma evitas el exponer sus datos sensibles a la replica en diferentes medios de comunicación, cerrando el circulo de la atención personalizada y cerrada.
