Always remember WHO you are talking to and tailor your message for them precisely. Ensure every message - regardless of platform - is focused on who you aim to serve. With the amount of noise in the online space, it is critical to remember the old adage, "If you're talking to everyone, you're talking to no one." Speak to their pain points, spotlight exactly what they need, and demonstrate how you can provide just that.
